If you or your company/practice would be willing to periodically donate overstocked items, including prescription pet food for use by other veterinary clinics, please complete the form below. When you have items to donate, simply email HCInventory@harleys-hopefoundation.org and a volunteer will make arrangements to pick up your donated items.

In exchange for your support, we will gladly display your corporate logo and a link back to your website. Please be sure to upload a high-resolution version of your logo if interested.
